"BEARING THOROUGH WITNESS" html file for easy playing of the
English audio MP3 files downloaded from jw.org.

Directions for using.

Make a new folder on your computer to hold all the files.
You can name this folder anything you like, such as "BT Book"
or whatever name you like that helps you remember what is in
the folder. (If you already have the MP3 files downloaded and
saved in a folder, use that same folder for saving these new 
files.)

Download the English MP3 files from jw.org if you have not 
already done so. Be sure it includes the file "bt_E.jpg" 
(it is the cover illustration).

Download the PDF for the book. Save all downloaded files in
your 'bt' folder. 

Unzip and save this "bt.html" file plus the two favicon files in 
the same folder where the PDF and MP3 files are already saved.

Load the file named "bt.html" in the browser of your choice
(see supported browsers listed below), then click the chapter 
number to play the audio for that chapter. Click the PDF link
to open the PDF copy.

Options for playing MP3 audio are set within each browser by 
the user, not by this bt.html file.

Tested to work in Firefox, Safari, Opera, Chrome, and IE.
